Directions to Mind-Body Services and the TriYoga Center of Philadelphia

Mind-Body Services is just west of Philadelphia’s city limits on the ‘Main Line.’ It is 2 blocks west of City Line Avenue (Route 1) on West Chester Pike (Route 3). Mind-Body Services is within the Vernon Medical Building at Suite 102.

The Vernon Medical Building is a large white stucco building with columns. The Kohl's Department Store is across the street. Mind-Body Services and the TriYoga Center of Philadelphia are in Suite 102 on the 1st floor.

From I-76 eastbound or westbound:

From I-76, exit onto US-1 S (exit 339). After 5 miles, turn slight right onto West Chester Pike/PA-3W. After Darby Rd, make the next right into the parking lot for the Vernon Medical Building at 301 West Chester Pike.

From Media/Swarthmore/Springfield via local roads:

Take US-1 N. Turn left onto West Chester Pike/PA-3W. After Darby Rd, make the next right into the parking lot for the Vernon Medical Building at 301 West Chester Pike.

From I-476 northbound or southbound:

Take I-476 to the exit for PA-3/Havertown. Go east on West Chester Pike/PA-3E. Just past Gilmore Rd. and Vernon Rd., make a left into the parking lot for the Vernon Medical Building at 301 West Chester Pike.
