TEACHERS at the TRIYOGA CENTER OF PHILADELPHIA
Throughout her life, Binaka has found a deep connection to helping others, both people and animals. In helping others, she naturally progressed to embrace massage therapy and yoga in her life. Through these healing modalities, she has witnessed many transformations in others as well as in herself. Therapeutic massage enhances the body’s natural ability to heal. In an era where stress can run high and time very limited, it is essential that the mind and body have the opportunity to connect on a deep plane. Moreover, the Barnes’ method of Myofascial Release allows one to release the emotions, physical trauma and restrictions that keep one perpetually in the pain cycle. By working to release the myofascial restrictions, one can begin to feel the benefits of the body’s natural ability to heal. This release is vital to harmony and wellness. Through massage, myofascial release, and yoga, Binaka hopes to help clients and students bridge the gap between mind and body, restore the natural balance to their lives, and embrace healing, peace and joy in their lives. Feel free to visit her website at www.trinityflowwellness.com.
